Terms of Service

By accessing or using GoFulfill services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

GoFulfill provides ecommerce fulfillment services, including sourcing support, warehousing, order processing, shipping, returns management, branding, and freight coordination. Service availability may vary by product, route, and region.

You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and for activity under your account, including store integrations, order data, product instructions, and payment details.

Fees are billed based on usage, quotes, invoices, and agreed service terms. Payment timing and credit terms may vary by account agreement.

GoFulfill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Either party may terminate service access according to the applicable account terms. Remaining inventory, open orders, unpaid invoices, and data export needs must be resolved through the operating handoff agreed with GoFulfill.
