By accessing or using GoFulfill's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
GoFulfill provides ecommerce fulfillment services including warehousing, order processing, shipping, and returns management. Service availability may vary by region.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Fees are billed monthly based on usage. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
GoFulfill's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will return any remaining inventory at your expense.
